Franklin Renwick is a dedicated leader, community advocate, and lifelong learner committed to advancing literacy and educational opportunities for underserved communities. He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University and has successfully completed the university’s Leadership Certificate Program, further strengthening his expertise in organizational leadership and strategic development.

Franklin has built an accomplished career in the private sector, holding executive-level positions with two Fortune 100 companies Target Corporation and Bank of America. In these roles, he led high-performing teams to exceed organizational goals, earning multiple sales and leadership awards along the way.

Throughout his career, Franklin has demonstrated exceptional skill in guiding organizations through critical transitions, including recruiting and developing professional talent, implementing cost-effective budget strategies, and driving long-term financial planning. His leadership style emphasizes accountability, innovation, and results.

Beyond his professional achievements, Franklin is deeply committed to community service. He has served as an ambassador for nationally recognized organizations such as Make-A-Wish Foundation, March of Dimes, Food For The Poor and Boys and Girls Club. In recognition of his dedication to youth development and education, he was honored with a Proclamation from the City of Coconut Creek for promoting financial literacy opportunities for children across South Florida.

As the founder of The Renwick Literacy Foundation Inc, Franklin is passionate about empowering individuals and families through literacy, financial education, and access to resources that create lasting change. His vision is rooted in the belief that education is the foundation for opportunity, growth, and generational impact.
